What you are buying

Easiest Sale Ever is a software product: a guided setup dashboard, a hosted squeeze page, an email follow up tool and a simple CRM. The licence is a one time payment that gives you access for the lifetime of the product. Optional upgrades are sold separately and are described where you buy them.

No income promise

We do not promise or guarantee any income. Results depend entirely on your own effort, skills, budget and circumstances. Please read our earnings disclaimer.

Your account

Keep your login details private. You are responsible for anything done through your account. We may suspend accounts used for spam, fraud, abuse of other members, or anything unlawful.

Emails sent in your name

When someone opts in on your page, we email them in your name using content we write. You agree that we can use your name for this purpose. Every email includes an unsubscribe link, and we honour unsubscribes immediately.

Third party tools

The dashboard recommends tools run by other companies. Your use of those tools is governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for them.

Subscriptions

The 30 day follow up upgrade renews monthly until you cancel. You can cancel at any time from your dashboard and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for.

Affiliate programme

If you choose to join our affiliate programme, these terms also apply:

• Easiest Sale Ever runs a single tier affiliate programme. A qualifying sale earns 25% commission on a product you do not own yourself and 50% commission on a product you do own.
• A qualifying sale is one that has not been refunded after a maturity period of 30 days.
• Payouts are made by bank transfer. The minimum payout is £50 of available commission. Payouts take 3 to 5 working days to process, plus any processing time at your bank.
• Easiest Sale Ever is a software package, a sales CRM and an email tool. It is not an earnings opportunity or a multi level marketing scheme. Your affiliate account and commissions can be cancelled if you make false earnings claims or promote Easiest Sale Ever as a get rich quick scheme.
• The tools and programmes recommended inside Easiest Sale Ever may run their own affiliate schemes. Their own terms and conditions apply to those.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they last changed.
